About this project

TThis project combined a full roof replacement with exterior home improvements to enhance curb appeal and increase property value. The homeowner wanted a modern look, improved protection, and energy efficiency. The old roof was removed, and the deck was inspected and reinforced where necessary. Premium architectural shingles were installed along with upgraded flashing and vents to ensure proper water flow and ventilation.

In addition, exterior trim and fascia were refreshed, gutters replaced, and minor landscaping adjustments made to complement the new roof.
